3) Because I inspect your home as though I am inspecting it for my family. I will take additional time to further investigate an issue when needed in order to provide you with additional details in order to help determine the extent of the issue as best possible, which you can then give to your electrician, plumber, or other service contractor so they can spend their higher priced time correcting the problem rather than spending time reinvestigating the issue, saving them time and you money. I also will give you as accurate information as possible about an issue or appliance, within my ability to do so, which is something many inspectors will not do in order to avoid any potential liability. It is my belief that if an inspector is more concerned about liability than giving you accurate assessments (within reason), he or she should not be inspecting homes. This additional effort and detail is what differentiates Omega-H Inspection Service from many of my competitors, which is also why I typically will only schedule one inspection a day, and why I do not do my inspection reports on sight. I believe you deserve more than a quick walk-through of the home, and a few issues documented on an on-sight report before moving on to the next inspection, would you not agree. While I do not project myself to be the perfect inspector by any means, as we are all fallible, it is my personal belief and my obligation to provide you with the very best inspection possible that is within my power to do so.
