I will take additional time to further investigate an issue when needed in order to provide you with further details to help determin the extent of the issue as best possible, which you can then give to your electrician, plumber, or other service contractor so they can spend their valuable time correcting the problem rather than spend their time reinvestigating the issue, saving them time and you money. I also will give you as accurate information as possible about an issue or appliance, within my ability to do so, which is something many inspectors will not do in order to avoid any potential liability. It is my belief that if an inspector is more concerned about liability than giving you accurate assessements (within reason), he or she should not be inspecting homes. This is what differentiates Omega-H Inspection Service from my competitors, which is also why I typically will only schedule one inspection a day, and why I do not do my inspection reports on sight. You deserve more than an inspector who simply does a quick walkthrough of the home to document some issues on an on-sight report before collecting the fee and moving on to the next inspection, would you not agree. While I do not project myself to be the perfect inspector by any means, as we are all falible, however it is my expressed duty to do the very best inspection for you that is within my power to do so.
